Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, vlookups, pivot tables), financial software, and ERP systems. Analytical Abilities: Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-financial stakeholders. Experience: Generally 0–3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar analytical roles
