What hapens when my susbcription runs out ?

  • The Short Answer
  • The affected business will go into hybernation mode. This simply means that essential features will be disabled and all listings related to the business in the market place will be unavailable to the general user base
  • Measures to Keep You On Track
    • Graphical Progress Markers
    • You business comes with a progress marker to help you keep track of how far along you are into your subscription
    • Periodic Notifications

    • Once you're more than 75% into your subsription journey, you will be prompted with an option to renew the subscription.

    • The above process will be repeated at the 85% mark and finally at the 99% mark ( Day Of )

  • After Hybernation :

  • After 30 days , a must-respond to communication will be sent to the relevant contacts provided by the organizatiion

  • After 45 days , the business will be listed as closed and will incur a reactivation penalty.
